GREYTOWN.-MONDAY. (Before His Worship thoJMayor and Dr Bey, J.P's.; W, Mead and W. Kennedy were ohaigod by the Police with Qgntmg in u'ainStroeton Saturday night Inst. Tboy were fined 10s each and costs, or in default 48 hours, W. Mead was also charged by the police with driving through the Borough on Saturday evening list without lights. He was fined 5s and costs, the Bench remarking that it was a very serious mutter, especially as it was on tho evening of the Tauheren ■ ikau Races, and people would ho returning in great numbers from them.
