SLIP ON THE MANAWATU LINE.
Traffic Suspended, [By Telegraph.—Press Association.] Wellington, Monday, A slip on tho Manawatu line near Wadestown has blocked traffic, trainß having to run to each side, The rain has ceased, but the weather cold, windy, and threatening. Lateb, Tho slip on tho Manawatu lino is not so formidablo as feared, It is all mud and no rock. It was nearly cleared away by noon.
