Etjia Particularly Mine. [UNTTEP f BBSB +SSOPUIION.I Rome, July 18, Mount Vesuvius has broken out in eruption, July 16.' Mount Etna is hurling stones 1000 feet high, and the streams of lava,are devastating the country to within two miles ofNicolesi, a town situate on the south side of the mountain.
