Tlie press states that the Union miners in Idaho sent a car loaded with Giant Powder down a sharp incliue against the wall of tlio works, causing an explosion which destroyed all the non-Unionists. The perpetrators have yielded to the Militia! and Federal troops have been des* patched to the' scene . to assist in maintaining order. The troops have made peaceful oooupation of Carnegie's works,
