Constantinople, 9th July, Cholera has broken out in Sumara. :JL. In Astrakan the ravages are and riots havo taken placo owing to tho police endeavouring to prevent the populace from fleeing from tho city, St. Petersburg, 10th July. Cholera is advancing rapidly in Western and Central Eussia.
