BEHRING SEA DIFFICULTY.
The Power Behind Canada.
(Per Press Association),
Ottawa, July 7. Sir J, 0. Abbott, the Premier, in the course of a speech in the Canadian Hou?3 of Commons, said there was a power behind Canada which would see justice done to it in the matter of the Behring Sea dispute, The statement was received with cheers, and was wired to Lord Salisbury.
