[By Telegraph,—Press Association.] London, June 80. Mr Dibbs, Premier for Now South Wales, had luncheon tc-dtty with the Queen, and shortly after had an in. terview with. Her. Majesty, in the presence of Lord Knutsford, Secretary for State for the Colonies. JulyS. The Queen received Mr Dibbs with cordiality, and made a number of enquiries about tho Colonies.
