Sale by Mr F.H. Wood, MrF. H, Wood held a sale of sheep, cattle, horses, furniture, eto,, at the farm property of Mr T. Gross, Morrison's Bush, on Tuesday, under instructions from the executors of the estate, There was a large attendance of buyers, and fair prioes were realised I throughout, of which the following is a quotation:—Sheep: Ewes in lamb, orosabred, 10s 3d; ditto 4 and 6 tooth Lincoln, 12s. The latter were a splendid lot and thn buyer got a. bargain- Horses sold from J)2 to £lolos. Cattle: Calves, 269; yearling steers, 1 42s 6d; heifers, 2-ysars, 60s; cows and calves, 44s to 64s 6d. Vehicles, harness, saddles and furniture were sold at fair prices, .

Lomsand lows' Report, Messrs Lowes and lorn's report of their stoek Bale as follows:—Notwithstanding a wet day there was a h good muster of buyers at our sale yesterday. The drop in the prioe of sheep continues, There is a very marked reluotance on the part of buyers to operate, even at the reduced prices, There is still a good enquiry for cattle and the late prices are maintained, The bulk of our entries of store cattle did not come forward on account of the bad weather. Fat wetljers, medium, brought 14s; store wethers 10s 7d to 12s 8d; ewes in lamb 8s for medium full mouth to 12b 6d for good 1 odhdition fresh full, and 6s Id to6s 8d fof old ewes; lambs brought from 4s to 7a 6d; fat steers ffl ; fat'oow.B £5, dairy cow's 70s' to 90s,- store cows 50s to 05s; pigs, slips fromlOs to lßs. : '.■-■::
