WeUiihoton, Wednesday. la the conspiracy charges against the Hon J, B, Whyte and Mr Baggett.late ReceiverofLandßevenue here, the R.M, dismissed both oases, saying there was nothing to show tl)nt there wus any conspiracy between the two parties. With regard ' to theoharge of enibezzlementagainat Mr Baggett, the R.M. granted an adjournment for a week to allow cpunsel for the proseoution to consider whether on the faots stated by him (Mr Robinson) in the previous case he would persevere with the second'oharge, Later, Mr 0. O'Hara Smith, auditor,, has sworn two informations covering six charges of alleged cash embezzlements* against Mr G. ft Baggett, the Receiver of Land Revenue in Wei- ' lington, These oharges refer to matters outside the conspiracy oases,
