Second of the Series,
The second of the series of winter evening entertainments in aid of St. Matthew's Church was held in tho sohoolroom last (Friday) evening. The audience, though not large, was very appreciative, and every item produced was well received. The programme was as follows; Piano solo, Miss B, Payton ; duet, Misses Anderson and Duokworth ; song, Mr Clifford; violin selection, Mr Candy; song, Mr Campbell; recitation, Miss Olive Jago j song, Miss Eookel; selection, Clifford's string baud; Miss Duckworth; song, Mr Aitkin; recitation, Mrs Moffitt; song, Miss Anderson ; song, Mr Bees; song, Master W. Jago (with chorus) ; recitation. Miss Dagg ; song, Mr Ralph; duet (Swiss Yodelling), Messrs Campbell and Clifford. The principal accompaniments on the piano wero played by Messrs Koiseuberg and Clifford.'
