Mr Gladstone's Midlothian Campaign, [By Telegraph.—Press Association.] London, 20th June, Mr Balfour, Leader of the House of Commons, to-day announced that Parliament will be dissolved on Tuesday, the 28th instant. Mi Gladstone opens his Midlothian electioneering campaign on the 30th instant. 21st June, Mr H, M. Stanley stands as the Tory oandidate for North Lambeth. The Badicals are furious at the Government arranging to dissobo, in order to prevent the borough eleotions that would have taken place onSatur* day. ________
