Tauherenikau Goum,
We (Observer) learn that Mr James Donald has promised to sell the Wairarapa Kaoing Club sufficient land to extend the Tauherenikau course so as to do away with the sharp turn going out of the straight, .This spot is always dangerous on a wet day, and Mr Donald's concession will enable the Club to make a great and neceasary improvement in their racing track. We know several jookeyß have become quite funky of this corner on a slippery day. and they will hail with delight the announcement that it is lik'ely to be improved.
Mr S. Powell has consented to act as starter at the meeting of the.Wab rarapa Hunt Club at TauherenikWon 23rd July. ~. ■
