A Correction.
[To the Editor Wairabapa Daily Times.]
Sir,—We observe in yonr issue of yesterday in a local with reference to the case of, lorns v Coleman; .that the accused took the cattle, to Lowes and lorns' sale yards, Masterton,-where they were Bold, and the proceeds re* tained by the auctioneers to meet an overduo promissory note. As wo are the auctioneers in question, allow, us to correct tbe latter part of the statement, As we had no overdue P.N, of Mr Coleman's, the proceeds could not beheld to core: such a document, Yours,etc,,. ' V." Lowes & lorns. Masterton, 21st June.
