W. Burke v. W. Vile.-Claim £3 17s 7d, for less of seven Bheep through tbe alleged carelessness of defendant. Judgment for defendant with ooata, 'Mr Beard appeared for defendant, ' 'i Armstrong v, J, Anderson;— Claim £lßl9s 6d for medical attendance rendered to 'defendant's wife by the late Dr M'Lennan, plaintiff being the purchaser-of- the late Dr.'s book debts. Mr Acheson appeared for plaintiff and Mr-Beard for defendant. Thedtifence wasthat the doctor bad not visited the number oi times stated, and also that he was incapable of performing his duties as a medical man on several occasions, Judgment for plaintiff for «£ll-4s 6d and counsel's fee £1 Is, Leave to appeal was granted. ■ Same v. Kelleher, Claim, £6 lis Oil, Mr Acheson for plaintiff and Mr Beard for defendant. The defence was the same as in the last cubo. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and counsel's fee, £1 Is, with Court fees, ss. ' Same v. Hodges, Claimed, an amount for medical attendance, . Defendant Bhowod that he was'unableto pay, as do waaan undischarged bankrupt. ....•':■ ■/
