Eight Hours' Mouement. \ The- Printing Trade, London, June 8, i The Miners' International Congress sitting in London has carried resolutions in favour of an eight hours' working day for all under-ground workers, ■ : The Congress of Miners in London is proposing, to hold an International State Convention, to regulate the hours of labour and the rates of pay,. • : Melbourne, Juno 9. ; A dispute has arisen between the master printers and mon over a proposed reduction of wages. The latter have informed tho masters that they are prepared to work at a minimum rato of £2 IGs per week, and failing acceptance of .these terms the matter will be placed in tho hands of tho Australasian Typographical Association. ■'
