As" Con" (The Shanghi'flun), Mr J. J, Kennedy was as humorous us ever, his conduct at. the Irish '! wake" being particularly amusing, The whole of the remaining characters were well sustained, and the piece ran smoothly from start to finish. The fifth performance of the Company will ho given this evening, when the beautiful idyllic play, "Little Lord Faunlleroy," will bo produced,
