Alleged Breaches. (By Telegraph-Press Association). Takaka, Friday, The proprietor of the Takaka News was charged yesterday on two informations laid by Mr Hays, Solicitor, with two breaches of the Printers and Newspapers Registration Act, (1) Th at the date was not contained in the imprint, and (2) Impropor rei gistration, the affidavit being sworn before a J.P. and not a solicitor or registrar of the Supreme Court as provided by the Act, The magistrate dismissed the first information on the ground that no specific date wa 8 charged, and (he second on the ground that the information was bad.
