WRARAPA FARMERS' COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION, LIMITED.

Important Proposals, A meeting of the Directors of the Wairarapa Farmers' Co-Operative Association, was hold at tbe Company's bead office, Masterton, this (Wednesday) morning. It was resolved that the Association should make advances to settlers for the establishment of Butter Factories or Butter and Cheese Factories, and that the Association should, when opportunity offers, establish factories itself. The following are the terms they are prepared to offer shareholders:Ist, 2jd per gallon for milk and divide profits of the factory at the end of each season; Wnd. 8d per gallon for milk for eight summer months, and 3Jd per gallon for three winter months. Brd, To advance money at low rates to settlers to enable them to establish and work factories on their own account, the Association to be their agents for the sale of the output, In all cases tho quantity arid quality of milk be must guaranteed by tbe suppliers. Further to assist the dairying interests of the district' the Association would Slso be prepared to advance money-to purohase cows, to be repaid by instalments, Tbe directors present at the meeting were: Messrs M.
