CONCERT AT GREYTOWN.
A Worthy Object The first of a series of fortnightly concerts in aid of the funds of the Grey town Presbyterian Church Building Fund was held in the Foresters' Hall last evening, at which there was a large and appreciative audience, The Rey C. Murray occupied the chair, A well arranged programme of twelve items was gone through in a highly satisfactory manner. The following were the performers Piano Overture, MissF, Wood; Song, Mrs J. Hodge, Junr.; Beading, Mr Fildes; Song, MissE. Wood (encored); Song, Mr Kilpatrick; Duet (piano and violin), Mrs M. Wood and Miss J. Wood (encored); Hong, Miss Mary Hillier; Quartette, Mrs H, Hawke and Miss Baillio and Messrs PI. Hawke and R. C. Bhck; Song, Miss A. Hastwell (encored); Song, Mr Cant (encored); Hesitation, Mr Duff; Song, Mrs J. Hodge. The whole concluded with the National Anthem, The next concert will be held on Men day week, when there is no doubt that there will be an equally large, if not larger attendance than last night. • (
