An Open l/erdiet [By Telegraph.—Press Association,] Wellington, Saturday, At the inquest on the body of William Alexander Dickson, who was found ia an unconscious state in Sydney street and afterwards died in the Hospital, the jury returned a verdict to the effect that deceased came to his death by a fracture of the skull nnd other injuries to the head, but how, or in'- what manner such injuries were received there was no evidence to show, adding that,they bad grave suspicions of foul play,
