The Wairarapa North County Council has decided to enforce the wheel-tire [ by-law throughout the connty. No exemptions are to be made for mail ooactieii The Taratahl-Carterfon Road Board 1 has suggested that a meeting of settlers of the Kaiwhata Valley be held to discuss the question of forming a road which would give an outlet to a large area of country. This suggestion has been favourably considered by the Wairarapa North County Council, and some ot the settlers interested will probably bo asked to call a'meeting at an ' early date.
