A Successful Affair, *
The concert given in the Lower Taueru Public Hall last evening by the Wesleyan Olioir and others in aid of the piano fund was a great success, ■ Abouta hundredpersona were present. '■ ' and a most enjoyable time was spent. The following programmo was presented 1-Overturo, Orchestra; gong, " Romany Lass," Mr Bray, (encored); Anthem, " The Foe Behind," Choir; . duett, "Larboard Watch," -Messrs Ralph and Boagey; piano solo, Misa \T r Ford; trio, Miss Williamu .and Messrs Ralph and Boagey ; Violin solo, Mr Candy; Humorous trio, Messrs Ralph, Bray and Boagey; overture, orchestra; song, " A Hundred Fathoms Deep," Mr Ralph (encored); anthem, "Behold How Good and Joyful,"choir; trio, Miss Perry and Messrs Betty and Boagey; pianpduett.MissesFordand Williams, Bong, " Queen of the Earth," Mr ' Boagey;' anthem, " Nunc Dimittia/}. • ' choir; "God Save the Queen," A . ■ .
