A meeting of the above Societ; was held at tlio offices, Carterton, o Saturday, Mr W, 0. Williams (Vice President) in the chair, ■ The minutes of the last antiut meeting were read and confirmoJ, The report and balance sheet a read were adopted, The report showe that 6fty-one members had joined th society during the) ear, ' The Chairman congratulated th members on the success which th Sooiety tad achieved, The Societ was in a most healthy condition be yond any doubt.
