iThe Land Board passed a lengthy resolution this morning, the effect of which is to exculpate Mr Pharazyn from the charge of dummyism, but drawing tho attention of the Minister of Liinds lo the fact that it appears i thouti contravening the Land Re, gulations five members of one family can take up 8,266 acres of pastoral land in one block.
