W. Hogg, Esq, M.H.R, i, Sib,—l see that a home for the a aged needy has been spoken ol a in iho Star. I am truly sorry that such a home is wanted, but it evi--3 dently is, and there must be one by >, some means or other. I should sug> ,t geat that the people of each town, through the valley, should give some* n thing to help build such a home, it Nome people say such a home is not ir wanted, but they are the strong and independent. lam not strong, but I e will do my part towards it and ask e others to do the same, I feel I must 3 set the ball rolling, and I trust somee one will say, hear, hear, I will help ■- you. lam sure if we can gather a 3 sum of money the Government will il help us. If any lady or gentleman . would like to talk with me on the 9 subject I shall be most happy to do so, that we may work together in the a cause of erecting a home for the aged s needy. E.
