The Assault in a Railway Train,
London, April 26. The Hon.' Patrick Greville Nugent, charged with a serious assault on Miss Marion Price in n first-class carriage on tbo London and Brighton line, has been committed for trial, The evidence at the trial proved the lady to be of good character and well connected.
