A man named JToseph Wilson pro. sented himself at the police station at Featherston ou Sunday last and requested that he be taken into custody. He said be did not feel in good health and thought he should be under control, fearing that otherwise he would do some harm. If a person were to speak harshly to him lie thought he would get hold of an axe or other dangerous weapon and kill him. He had beon in the Auckland for two years, and since his felt very queer at times, kfdly IfiiOTOj! wliat lie was doing.
