Appeal Court. Wellington, Monday. The Appeal Court opened to day before Chief Justice Williams, and Judges Conolly and Denniston. There was a large bar. The time was ohiefly occupied in settling days of the hearing of the Palmerston case against the Railway Commissioners, which is first to be taken.
