Further particulars regarding the distressing accident at Wainuioru reached Masterton on Saturday night, Jt appears that George York, the viQtim, aocompaniedby two other lads named George and Alfred Simpson, went out pig-hunting on Friday morning on the section of land owned by Messrs York and Stanley near Flat Point, The gun belonging to Mr Stanley was being used by the lad York, who walked some distance from his mates.
