(o) The guarantee of the Uolony that the interest fixed by Order in Council shall be regularly and punctually paid, free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. . 4. The rates of interest to ba allowed by the Public Trust Office on tho Capital Funds for investment are 5 per cent on any amount lip to £3,000, and 4 per cent on the amouut in excess of £3,000, and theso rates, which are allowed free of all charges, will result in an income of—£so a year, from LI.OOO, or 5 per cent 150 „ 3,000, or 6 . per cent 190 „ 4,000, or 4| per cent 280 „ 5,000, or 4 8-Cths „ 270 „ 6,000, or per cent and so on.
