Labour Coupons. , The following ipterestipg circular has been forwarded agents of the Bureau of Industries'ln this district;— ' ' - I have the honour to call your if attention to the following subjects It is that the Bureau should issue coupons (somewjjat similar to those used by Goods' touripts) for the benefit of workmen travelling in search of employment.
