Thedefendaht Stated that he had received £43 in wages within the past few months, most of whioh had been handed to his wife under a separation order. The Bench made an order that tho sum of U be paid on the 9th prox, £4 on the 27fli, and the balance on the 10th of May, in default ten days in the Wellington Terrace Gaol.
