MASTEBTON.-WEDNESDAY. (Beforo Colonel Roberts, E.M.) JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. W, Green v. E. Evernden.—Claim, £l l3s 9d on a judgment summons. It was not proved that the judgment debtor bad had means, and no order was therefore made, Fernandoz v. 0. E. Collier.—Claim, £1219s on a judgment summons. Mr .Bunny for tho judgment creditor, Mr Pownullfor the debtor. Thedefendaht Stated that he had received £43 in wages within the past few months, most of whioh had been handed to his wife under a separation order. The Bench made an order that tho sum of U be paid on the 9th prox, £4 on the 27fli, and the balance on the 10th of May, in default ten days in the Wellington Terrace Gaol.
