Br Telegraph,—Press Association, Tho Windsor Murderer. Diinedin, Wednesday. From information in the possession of the police it is certain that Williams, the clothes dealer who was at one time in Wellington, and later on in Dunedin, and Williams the Windsor murderer are not identical. The descriptions of the two men aro wholly dissimilar.
