Wellington, Saturday. Ia Banco to-day, the Chief Justice heard argument by Mr Jellicoe on tbe motion to rescind the injunction preventing, the Company'from playing Little Lord Fauntleroy. Mr Qully moved a crossmotion to continue ,the .injunction. After further argument. His Honor: ■ decided to adjourn tlio latter motion until Tuesday) to allow the parties to " come to Bomo arrangement; and - thus expense.
