Lateb, The jury in tbeEketahuna murder case came baok at 9 a,m„ and having intimated that they disagreed, were discharged, Mr Gully applied for.a third trial at thepresentsitting. Judge Richmond hoped if the case was'lried again,' .they woiild also have a new 'Judge, Some discussion took place as to the of having a trial this sitting. Eventually the Judge fixed it for May 80th, the first day of next Bunion, and ''ordered the sittings to be adjourned" from time to time for this purpose,
