MASTERTON HOSPITAL.

Appointment of Assistants. A speoial meeting of the Hospital Trustees was held in the Oounoil Chambers on Tuesday at 3.30 p.m. Present—Messrs J. 0. Boddington (chairman), W. H. Beetham, J. B. Keith, G.S.W, Dalrymple, B. P. Perry, and Bev Father MoKenna. Applications for the vacancy of 1 assistants to the Custodian were fii-Bt considered, and out of 10 received Mr and Mrs J. Coffey wore appointed. Che sub-committee's report upon neoessary additions to the Hospital building was considered next, and it was decided to adopt tho plans submitted by MrC. T. Natusch, and proceed with the work at once. The estimates for the ensuing year for jt presentation to the Hospital were adopted and the meeting olosed.
