Charles Bishop was charged on tho information of Albert William Jensen, with tint b • dul on or about the Bnl February feloniously steal/ take pd carry away ten bags of grass seed, of the value of £B, the property of the said A. \V, Jensen. As Mr Beard, counsel for the accused, could not be present, tho accused was remanded till Wednesday morning, bail beingallowedin himself £lO and one surety of £lO.
