Caselberg ■& Co,, at Masterton and Grey town, and Messr Joseph Nathan ft, Oo.'s Retail Business at Tinui, in the Wairarapa Distriot, and hereafter to carry on a general business upon the co-operativo principle under which shareholders, and customers of the Assooiation, will share in the profits, according to mothods to be determined from time to time by the Directors, and for the other purposes mentioned in the Memorandum of Association, a copy of which is endorsed on tnis prospectus.
