The brick work for new tank had been begun, and Would bo finished in ten or "twelve days,' The bricks used were of a very, good quality, quite as good ta any, that have been made in or about Master* ton for some years. The water in the old tank was still keeping well up. /ml An invoice from Messrs and Brooks for five new retorts, whioh are to arrive by the Doric, was received. The manager was .authorised to effect certain alterations to the works. It wasdeoided that the gas main be extended to Mr 0. E; Darnell's new residence in ObapeUSt and the gas laid on. The meeting .then adjourned.
