4 §nal meeting of the North Wairarapa Babbit BAard 'wafi held on Saturday last, tliere being present Messrs' Mwre (Chairman),- A, Murray, H.-R, Elder and Inspector Drumnjond.. .

The balance-sheet for the past year was read by the Clerk. The Rev. J, 0. Andrew applied for a liberal consignment of ferrets, Mr ft, Moore, of Eparaima, wrote, urging ihat the Board should take the opinion of the ratepayers as to feber tjiey sjipqld now retain 1 office, and' Ssfiing fht a aliarb of the errets to be imported. ."■> Mr Scott, Warepa, offered to supply ferrets to tbe -Board, and' Mr J. Oi Collins, Fiji,mongoose at the rite of 15s per head. '
It wan resolved that- tlie surplus
funds oftheßdatdbej.paid over to Mr P. Moors and Inspector Drummond as joint trustees, to be expended by tliem in purchasing ferrets. , Accounts as per pay sheet were passed for payment. ' The members present tben tendered their .resignations and the meeting adjourned.",.'
