In case ol a protest the same must be lodged with the Secretary within 16 minutes after the race has been run, with a deposit of £2, suoh deposit to bo forfeited if tho protest be found to be Irivolous orToxa™ tious, No Scratching of Horses allowed, unless through the Secretary, and thirty minutes before tho time of starting. , No Entry will be received for any Race except under the conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final.
