The following otficnrs wo elected: -H. S. Izard, President; Messrs R. A. Wakelin (Mayor), Rogers, Jones and Gallon Vice-Presidents; F. Humphries, Sooretary; J, Dookery, Captainj J, L. Bees, Vice-Captain; the Captain, Secretary, T. Fisher, W. Humphries, and G. Oliver, General T Committee.; the Captain, Vice Cap•U tain, H, Duff and T. Fisher, Match W. Humphries, and H, Bun" were appointed delegates for the Rugby Uliion. It was made a standing rule that oyery rnembor must pay his subsoription, or be barred from each match from tbe first. J. L, Rees, W. Humphries, and T, Fiaher wore instructed to arrange with Mr A, Jones for a football ground again this season, •"**■ Praotice days are to be every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The Club docided to send two teams to Wollington at Easter to play the Melrose and Pioneers.
