A. Manguson, sworn, said he was formerly in the employ of Mr Young. He left him and again returned a few months after. Ho was paying Mr Parsons 15s a week. The second time he arranged with Mr Young at so much a week to pay his board, He had not been asked for his . board, as Mr Parsons did not look to him for it. A. Young, sworn, stated: When I took over the coaches .1 arranged with the groom that lie should pay his own board when the first groom left, I subsequently arranged with plaintiff that on consideration of my pulling up'the coaches in front of his place he (plaintiff) was to give md my raeala free ana also the groom board. I called his attention to the fact that another hotel was offering free board and lodging and a bonus if the coaches would pull up in front of his place. Mr Anderson, sworn, stated that he had asked Mr Young for board money for the groom, He was charging 10s a week. Judgmentlor plaintiff for £l6 and; costs £lßs,
