Napier, He was in the bittlo v of Nujuighur under General Nichol* son | the siege and capture of Delhi under General Wilson; the battle of Bolundshnr and Agra under Brigadier Qreathead; the relief of Lucknow, siege of Cawnpore, and siege >■ arid capture of Luoknow under Ljjj&Olyde, and the battle of Nawabgunge under General G. fl, Grant. The deceased was in possession of the Viotoria Cross, the Punjaub Medal with two bars, the Indian Mutiny Medal with three bars, and the good conduct medal. He leaves a widow, two sons and a daughter. The funeral, which will b& a military one, takes place on Wednesday.
