Warner ti Co, Gentlemen,-lii giving you a brief history of my recent illness, which after increasing in intensity, duiinga period of about! years, finally culminated in Brighl's Disease of the kidneys, accompiuied by enlargement and pain in the liver; I will first allude to the chief symptoms. These were Vertigo, Sleeplessness, great sediment in the urino, swelling and
