NOTICE is heroby given that it is intended at a meeting of tlio Eketahuna Road Board to be held on the 30th day of January, 1892, to make tho folowing special order That for tho purpose of securing payment of tho sum of £4OO, borrowed by the Board under the 'Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,' for the purpose of formation and bushfelling on the Makakahi Road Worth, a Special Bate of four pence halfpenny in tho pound be made and levied on the foh .lowing Sections7,Ba, 9,14 a, . 15,16,17,18, 20, 31, Block 11, Maugaone Survey District. Such rate shall bo an annually recurring rate and shall bd paid in two half yearly instalments for 26 years, on tho Ist day of February and the let day of August in each year.
