"Wolliiiffton Summer Hooting. Most of the Wnirarapa horses having engagements ht the Welling 1 * ton Summer Meeting leavo for the Hutt to morrow morning. A number of Masterton " sports" proceed to Wellington by tho afternoon train. Considerable interest is bijing displayed in this meeting. A menting of (ho stewards of (lis Wflllington Racing Club was hold lasc evening at tho Olubvoofu, Mr H. D. Cell, the president, being in the chair. Tlio disqualification of die jockey Isaac James by tho Wairarapu Eacing Club was laid before the meeting, with a request that it be endorsed by the Metropolitan Club, as requited by the rules ol racing. It wnß decided to endorse tho action of the Wairarapa Club, with leave to James to apply upon fresh evidence to have the disqualiucntion removed. The tender of tlio Garrison Band waß accepted for the Summer Meeting,
