An Extraordinary Dooisloa. [ByTeleoruh.—Presß Association.] Thames, Friday. An Interesting case has been heard here in connection with the administration of tho Licensing Act. Sergeant Gillies, the local poliee officer, brought in a oharge against three men of disorderly conduct and refusing to leave a hotel on Obiatmas morning at two o'olook. The oharge was lodged under Clauses 152 and 188 of the Licensing Act, 1881, but was dismissed by a Justice (after consultation with the R.M,) on the grounds of the alleged offenco having been committed out of licensed houra, the hotel at the time being a private d elling.
