Lovob a&A Xojpaa'Silei rtport. At the horse. sale held \ by, us at Masterton oa Tuesday about 75 horses were offered and all but 6 sold. . The 40 Napier horses were upon the whole a poor lot, the average price realised being three pounds. Tha draughts from Canterbury, were fairly good useful farm horses aod ranged. from £l4 to £22, hacks sold from £5 to £l7. At our regular stock said yesterday we had a good entry of both sheep and cattle, which all sold at late rates. Pat ewes 10/ to 11/6, forward wethers 11/6 to 11/9, 2 tooth wethers 9/- to 11/-, old ewes and lambs from 11/1 to 14/4, 2 tooth ewes 7/6 for culls Jy 12/-, a line of small 2 tooth in the wool sold at small entry, bullock a £6TO to JJaVfW?; cows 70/- to 90/-, 18 montDß and 2 year old mixed 52/6j store oows 67/6, yearlings very mixed 37/-, dairy oowa £4 4a, small pigs7/-toll/-. Draught horses £2|fcl'ray £7 10s, spring cart £l3. t ■
