Any Jockey riding, except in colours, will be fined 2 sovs. The amount for second horse will be duoted from the advertised amount of stakes The winner of Selling Hack Race to be sold immediately after the race for 20 sovs any surplus to be divided between the Club and the second horse. Horses walking over will receive 50 per cent, of the stakes.
